Very Bad Service

<p>My note 4 died after two weeks of owning it instead of replacing it you had the old service centre in Boksburg repair it. They replaced the whole phone keeping only the cover from the original phone I never realised at the time because the cover had a lip but the screen never sat in the cover correctly it was lifting when I took the phone back I discover you discredited the repair centre because of the bad workmanship I have taken the phone to SSS cellular they fixed the screen but it has started pulling loose again! I am now sick of this, I am almost due for an upgrade but will not be getting another Samsung if this is not resolved not having the phone impacts my job and I am not waiting two weeks for another repair this should have been fixed the first time</p>
