VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES WHEN CLAIMING WARRANTY ON THEIR APPLIANCES
Samsung Service SA its a nightmare please dont bother if you admire your peace dont ask them to service you or any of their brands whilst its still under warranty you will wait for weeks and weeks to be attended to with their stupid whatsup automated massages, I have been waiting for just a call to tell me when can i expect some to come in and have a look at my washing machine it took them 2 week and even now still nothing.......Please DON'T TRUST THEIR customer services its *******
