User Unfriendly Samsung.
<p>I can get no help whatsoever from any Samsung source regarding my video camera. It appears on no list, and my vidcam has now become an expensive piece of junk, as I can't use it without some help, which seems in short supply. After being shunted from pillar to post for months, I have decided never to entertain buying any Samsung product in future.</p>
