Useless Tygervalley Branch

I'm really annoyed by Samsung Service Centre in Tygervalley right now. I have been calling the store for over a week - 1. no ever picks up the phone in the Service Centre. 2. I have managed to reach someone three times through the main store's number and have left a message with Dion twice and have been promised to be called back - no call back. I was promised my handset would be repaired in two weeks - we are now in week three and not once has someone called me to provide me with feedback! I'm sick of it.
