Useless Service Providers
I tried to recover my Samsung account but no one was able to retrieve it for me as my old number is no longer in use, I requested that they then delete my email address off their system as it’s against the FAIS regulation to keep information of customers after they requested to have it removed.
Useless services and not on par with legislation, (POPI Act and FAIS act) attorney is currently pursuing this matter with Samsung South Africa.

I don’t care for your references numbers, as I’ve been down this road many times before with no prevail.
I have all recorded calls with your account’s (assistance department).
Your are refusing my request to remove my personal information/ email/ account/ data from your servers. You are withholding my personal data, restricting me access to my personal data.
After numerous attempts your department failed to identify myself to access my account even tho I have all the information and account passwords to that account.
As of now you are refusing to remove my personal email address off your servers because you failed to assist me in accessing my account.
This is against the law and will constitute as a ******** investigation and proceedings.
