Useless service from Samsung
Please can someone that knows what they are doing from samsung south africa contact me.
I have been trying to get a part for my fridge door handle now for 13 weeks.
Call centre says talk to service centre.
Service centre says talk to call centre. (TM Electronics, may I add that they are useless).
Hirschs hillcrest are also useless dont return calls.
What next?
