useless service

Good Day Samsung SA,

I must commend the after sales service team - Samsung Smart Care in being the worst client service so far this year. No Answer when I phone the Tygervalley Branch - ********** . one has to phone +- 7-12times (and no I do not over exaggerate on this number) before I get an answer on someone who one can hear is not interested in helping at all. They can never give me an update, but they will phone me back (which they don't).
