Useless Samsung Smart Switch Software that is NOT compatible with Windows 10!!
I bought a S9+ phone from the Samsung store at V & A recently. No one mentioned that the Smart Switch software that Samsung uses to synchronise their phones with laptops/desktops is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 10. When I complained via messenger I was eventually contacted by a lady from the HO in Johannesburg who suggested that I DOWNGRADE MY LAPTOP to XP or Windows 7 or 8, as Smart Switch does not work with 10! Seriously Samsung, what a ridiculous suggestion when you sell state of the art phones, but TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that the software available is compatible with the LATEST WINDOWS TECHNOLOGY?! What planet are you living on?!!!!!!!

07 Jan 2019, 17:21I have just had ANOTHER Samsung staff member from your SA Head Office calling me to offer the same useless solution of downgrading my laptop so that your useless software can work with my Windows 10 laptop?! Seriously Samsung, Windows 10 has been the standard for years and there must be thousands of users with exactly the same problem and YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING CONSTRUCTIVE ABOUT IT! It's time you learned the meaning of CUSTOMER CENTRICITY and note that I will NOT be going away until you do something to make Smart Switch compatible with WINDOWS 10. I am the original CUSTOMER FROM HELL - I wrote the play book, so if you want to maintain your brand image, I suggest you solve this issue FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS PERSPECTIVE!!!
