Useless Samsung in South Africa

Hi fellow residents, morally upright taxpayers, who contribute toward the betterment of our society be it in monetary, service or even just advice.. Thank you to all you guys in your contributions to make our country reach remarkable heights in various fields. Sumsung on the other hand are doing just the opposite with their ***** promotions and false advertising.. We see you Samsung! I've purchased a, 75inch TV on the knowledge that I was getting a free soundbar to go with it as part of your promotion so that we don't buy TCL and other makes that are much cheaper.. And Samsung will make delivery of that gift to your home wherever you are.. Then one buy the tv and then you make contact with the Samsung people and then the drama starts. Days go into weeks and weeks go into months and they tell you they don't have any stock and waiting for shipment to arrive. What they don't tell you is that the exact product you waiting for is being advertised in takeout by Samsung themselves. How more disappointing can u be! You guys are turning the brand name of Samsung into a mockery unit of mickry and mouse. I'm not done with you guys because I've called many times and Yourll haven't returned my calls.. So I'm out here dragging your so called reputation.. And hope whoever gets to read this know that Samsung is not the same giant it was a few years ago.. We have unaccountable idiots running the show here who have lost ground with the common consumer on the ground. Do you guys know that your reputation is being dragged through the mud.. And Yourll watch if fall.. Shame on you guys!!
