USELESS Samsung - customer service a farce!!
I wrote a review about the useless customer service of Samsung under the same heading A WEEK ago, and was promised someone will get in touch. To date there has been NO PROGRESS, NO UPDATE, NO FOLLOW-UP, NOBODY HAS EVEN BOTHERED TO get in touch! Samsung's customer service is truly a shambles!
