Useless Samsung

Absolutely useless. All my appliances is Samsung, from tv, sound system etc. however I will not recommend Samsung to anyone or will support Samsung ever again.

We recently moved to a new province and replaced my appliances. When we unboxed my double door fridge end December 2024 we noticed that the outside of fridge has a dent snd the inside of fridge the whole white back plastic looks like it came out a war zone. I’ve send numerous emails and photos to Samsung.

After no response I phoned where I was informed because I bought through Takealot Samsung can’t assist.

We rented a house while our new house was being built and did not wanted to uncrate the appliances due to easy transport and for safe keeping when we were ready to move. Takealot can’t help if you don’t say anything with 30 days.

I requested assistance from Samsung due to the problem being a manufacturing issue which is clearly visible on the item.

I was informed by Samsung that they are not able to help us, after I contacted them via phone for assistance on a brand new item costing nearly R30 000 which looks 2nd hand.

Well done Samsung I will bad mouth your brand
