Useless repair centre repaired the phone but it is still faulty

Good day Samsung About a week ago you apologised on behalf of your useless repair centre which had my phone and was still waiting for your parts which part they were waiting for only God knows because apparently there was no part needed for my still faulty phone.

My phone came back from your useless repair centre last week Wednesday to be exact but it still faulty now I have to tolerate or stay without a phone for another 3 days. After you have apologised like you always do nothing except the software was done to my phone and straight after receiving this phone I spoke to a guy from Wifix he told me NO the phone will still be faulty because of that is what your repair centre do always. Now, boom it was true my phone is still faulty. Send your driver to pick the phone up. Send your driver to pick this phone up and get it repaired as soon as possible. I do not have time for your apologies if they don't mean anything.
