Useless Repair Center (Samsung The Grove)

My phone was booked in on the 2nd of Januarie 2018. I received an sms stating to accept the quote the very same day, but did not receive a quote. After phoning every day for a week and getting the same "you will receive your quote today still" answer I finally got the quote. After getting it approved from my insurance I contacted Samsung on the 18th with the go ahead of the quote. I received feedback that they ordered parts and will receive them the coming week. I phoned Friday the 26th to make a follow up and they told me they are still waiting for the part but they will be there on Monday the 29th. I phoned on Tuesday the 30th again to follow up. Again they said no part but they are coming on Friday the 2nd. Friday I phone again and AGAIN I get told that they are waiting for parts but they are coming Monday the 5th. After complaining that I am getting the same BS answer every time the person on the phone assured me that the parts will be there on Monday and she will phone me. Monday has come and gone and no call. I phoned today the 6th again and again they tell me that they haven't received the parts. after I accused them of lying to me about the parts they told me they never ****. They received parts every time they told me they would. Its just that the parts are never the correct once for my phone. So is this how Samsung works? you wait for a delivery every week and HOPE you get the correct parts? its like a lucky packet. maybe you get the parts. maybe you don't. and if you don't, its ok. you just wait for the next batch. maybe then you will receive the correct parts. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is the second time my phone is in for repairs and the second time I have had problems with Samsung. I complaint the first time as well and nothing came from it. Samsung is costing me money & costing me business and does not care one bit about their customers. as long as they get paid. Pathetic.
