Useless Phone

I bought an A5 cellphone during 29 August 2016 and a few days later (23 September 2016) the screen of that phone cracked internally where as I did not even drop or smashed the phone. I charged it during that morning as soon as I got home from the shops, and when I removed it from the charger the screen was blank and there an internal crack, it was working fine just before 11 a.m that saturday.

When I took it back to the store I got it from they said it will not be covered by waranty as this is a physical damage from my side and I did not even drop the phone as I said.

I feel like moving from Huawei to Samsung was the biggest mistake I ever made. How do you explain a new phone being damaged within a matter of weeks?? A brand new phone for that matter.

Huawei phones can crack the screen and still work for months even!!!!!

Even worse my insurence will not fix for whatever reasons. Now I am stuck with a brand new and useless phone.

Useless phone call I received!!!!!!!!! You cannot help me or fix that stupid hand-set I bought I am stuck with a new and useless Samsung phone.

I am being told that only certain phones from Samsung are fixed for free (screen) yet that A5 that I bought was only a few weeks old, barely a month.

I reagret the day I bought that uselsess cellphone. Guess I am stuck with it as I wasted my money on that product.

Going back Huawei as it is a very good brand.

Lesson learned.
