Useless cellphone

I have always been a huge Blackberry fan. But I decided to buy a Samsung because of the apps. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Trend plus about 6 months ago. But since day one the battery was useless. Maximum 3 hours and the phone is dead. Bought a new battery but still the same story. I use my phone for work and seeing that I am a paramedic I feel it is quite important to have a phone that is reliable. I wish I could afford a better phone. I really do but unfortunately paramedics and firefighters are not that well paid. And I have a family to support. That is why I decided to go for the Samsung Galaxy Trend. Never ever again. I will go out of my way to make sure everybody I come in contact with is informed about how useless Samsung cellphones are
