USELESS APPLIANCE TECHNICIANS
It's extremely disappointing when a big company like Samsung has absolute clowns contracted to them as so called technicians who know nothing about appliances!!!! For heavens sake get your **** in order because the people who come out to repair are just wasting time while we have to be without important appliances that are needed!!! Buying the product is easy, when there's a problem suddenly only unqualified technicians are available!!! Should have known better and bought another brand!!!
