Useless 13kg washing Machine

I bought a Samsung 13kg washing machine from House and Home to decrease my time and effort with washing clothes. However it has only increased my time, effort, water and money spent on washing clothes. This washing machine was leaving too much fluff on the clothes. I reported it to them. They sent out their technician and it was decided that nothing was wrong with the washing machine. However I had photos of how the clothes was affected and they were going to get Samsung to send out a technician. Technician comes out, same story nothing wrong with machine. However I have to re-rinse all clothes. No one can tell me why the washing machine cannot wash and rinse clothes properly. Every time I complain they send a technician who says nothing wrong with machine. I have since asked for a refund, since this "new" machine has not performed its function. I have escalated the issue to head office and the ombudsman, however no reply. This query is now going on for over 6 months. FRUSTRATED WITH DIRTY CLOTHES
