USELESS

My husband purchased a Samsung S3 Tablet, via Vodacom on a 2 year contract, on November 2015. Subsequently, it has been returned to Vodacom 3 times in the past 11 months, due to a battery problem, & all they do is Software upgrades. That is not the problem with this tablet. When trying to charge it, it discharges & doesn't charge properly at all. I then googled the problem that I am having with the tablet, only to find out that this is a recurring problem worldwide. When I then queried with Vodacom, that I wanted an exchange, I was advised that only Samsung could do that, as they had provided the tablet to Vodacom in the first place. Further than that, they are not prepared to help me at all. I am now basically paying a monthly contract for a worthless piece of technology. MY QUESTION IS WHY??? To what do I owe the honour. I am now paying over R10 000 for a useless piece of junk. I have various Samsung appliances on my home & I have never had a problem like this before. I want someone to be held accountable for this & if Vodacom won't come to the party, then the next best 1 is Samsung.
