Urgent Complaint Regarding Unfulfilled Promotional Gift

Samsung and Cell C Customer Service,

I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding the promotional gift that was promised as part of my wife’s contract upgrade with Cell C in November 2024. The promotion included a Samsung Smart Watch and Ear Pods, which we have yet to receive. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including numerous emails to Samsung at *** and calls to your customer service, we have not received any feedback or resolution. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering that this gift was intended for my daughter’s birthday in December. I spoke with a representative named Jabu today, who was helpful but indicated that he could not resolve the issue directly and would need to escalate it to the promotions department. However, we are still waiting for a response. I have also reviewed numerous complaints on Hello Peter from other consumers facing similar issues, which raises concerns about the reliability of your promotional commitments. As a result of this ongoing frustration and lack of response, I am prepared to escalate this matter to the ombudsman. Consumers should not be misled or treated poorly regarding their purchases and promotions. I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide an update on the status of our promotional gift.
