Urgent complaint regarding faulty repair - SM-S908E

Certainly! Here’s your message professionally rephrased and made clearer:

---

Two weeks ago, I took my Samsung S22 to a Samsung store for screen repair. The phone was fully functional at the time, aside from the screen issue—only half of the screen was responsive.

After two days, I received an email from the store confirming that the phone could be repaired, but I needed to make full payment before they could proceed. I made the full payment and sent proof of payment as requested.

Three to four days later, I received a call informing me that the phone was ready for collection. I specifically asked whether the phone was working properly, and the lady who called assured me that everything was functioning correctly. Since I was at work, I sent my daughter to collect the phone on my behalf.

When my daughter arrived, she was handed a phone that was not working at all. I instructed her not to accept the phone until it was fully operational. The following day, she received a call (not me as the account holder), and was told that the phone wasn’t working due to insufficient storage. This explanation is not valid, as the phone had over 128GB of free space when I submitted it.

To make matters worse, the physical buttons on the phone are now also unresponsive—an issue that did not exist before the repair. The phone is still with Samsung, and Im yet to go back to the store personally today.
