Upgrades that make the phone worse!

Hi. I bought a Samsung A20 phone just over a year ago. Since then I have had to do numerous upgrades which I am fine with but I have an issue with the fact that the upgrade message doesn't go away until you upgrade and then when I did do the upgrades, I have just had issue after issue! *the smartlock does not work correctly *the keypad I'd increasingly difficult to use due to the spacebar so my words end up alltogetherwhichisannoying! *the finger print unlock doesn't work from time to time *my setting get changed without my permission *new apps are installed that I dont see needed like game launcher *wifi range is pathetic

I also have a huge issue with the fact that the screen protectors dont actually fir the phone! I am a person who looks after my devices and the fact that my entire screen is not protected is a problem for me. I have another samsung device that's 10 years old and it performs better than this phone and doesn't need constant upgrades that cost a fortune in data!

Your smartlock is the joke of it all because it's meant to be that it detects it on you and therefore easier to unlock but since the upgrades, if I put my phone down next to me, smartlock works, if I put it in my pocket, it doesn't work!

I'm not asking for more upgrades, not asking for a new phone, I just want Samsung to know how your upgrades are ruining my phone that I had to pay for with my hard work! And stop sending me adverts, why must I pay data fees for your stupid adverts on new phones when I have a phone!
