UNTRAINED PEOPLE PROVIDING "TECHNICAL SUPPORT" IS A DISASTER!!

Completely untrained - clearly non-technical - staff pretending to provide technical support. I receive incorrect or nonsensical information whenever I call for support and am "blocked" when trying to get through to a qualified techie.
It's become really bad!!
