unsatisfied customer

<p>My husband bought me a new cellphone on my birthday on 19 January 2017. Not knowing much about cell phones, I chose the Samsung Z2. Worst mistake of my life. After three weeks I had to send the phone in for repairs. It was dropping calls and switching on and off by itself. Downloading pictures from the internet is a disaster! The quality is poor and you can hardly make out what the pictures is supposed to be. I thought that Samsung was the phone to have! I sm very disappointed with this phone and I feel that Samsung can replace my phone with a proper cellphone. NOT A Z2! </p>
