Unsatisfactory Service Ever !

I am so Fed-up with the service I got from Samsung and Service Centre :*** (Constantia park). I brought my phone on the 4th of May as it fell and cracked . They told me that they will send me an sms once the phone is fixed and till today I'm still waiting . I went last week Monday ****h of May) and they said the is not with them I should check on Friday (15th May) . I then called them on Friday and they told me that my phone has arrived but they need to do QUALITY CHECK. I then called them again on Tuesday then they said my phone is not with them \again"it's with SSS Cellular I then asked them why did they send it elsewhere and I wasn't given a valid reason . Yesterday I called them again to find out what is happening and the lady I spoke to said she will escalate this matter to her boss Jeffry . She promised me that Jeffry will call me back that was at 12:00 but till now he hasn't ? I went to them yesterday and no one could explain exactly what is happening and when will I get my phone back ! Jeffry didn't even bother to come and tell me what is happening instead I was given your email address and your number to call you . I wount recommend anyone to go there!"""
