unsatisfactory service
<p>My son bought a 55inch curved TV at a cost of almost R20 000. 10 days after buying it it would not switch on in the morning. He took it to the Grove store for repair</p> <p>Today is 1 week that the TV is back with Samsung for repairs. The TV has now spent almosthalf the time He owned it back with Samsung and there customer relations are hopeless. Icannot even get feedback on when the parts will be there. SAMSUNG for what you charge for your appliances this service is disgusting,</p> <p>Yesterday again I phoned. The woman wiyld not help me without the reference number which I assumed was on the receipt my son got on taking it in. Imagine my surprise when I took it out of the file last night only to find NO REFERENCE NUMBER.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please Samsung...how do I get an update on this TV as you have almost had my R20 000 tv longer than I have?</p> <p> </p>

Phone the Grove branch yesterday - 1 week later and they still cant give me an ETA for the parts. Moral of the story is probaby not to buy their TV's. R20 000 later and the TV has spent almost as must time with them as it has with me and their customer feedback is atrocious. The first person I spoke to promised to follow up and phone me right back ( this was 9am). By 3 Iphoned again - the gentleman I spoke to was much more helpful and actually phoned me back but only totell me still no ETA. Really Samsung...a brand new TV lasts lessthan a week and you dont have spares to repair it...that is disgusting...
