Unsatisfactory Service

Yesterday my Samsung Waterwall Dishwasher, I called Samsung Service Center this morning on ********** and the helpful lady explained that they don't do repairs and ask me to call **********

I was transferred to the relevant department and I held for over 10 minutes and I kept trying till someone asked for my number and she called back and informed me that the repair department was in a meeting.

13H00 I still didn't receive a call. I called again and spoke to Roxanne who promised I will be called. 15:47 still no call.

Honestly I sometimes wonder why I keep on supporting Samsung.

The service is deplorable. I'm sick and tired of poor service from Samsung
