unreasonable repair prices

Iv always been a sumsung loyalist. My Fridge ,microwave ,washing machine and phones are all Sumsung . of late Im having 2nd thoughts about ever buying Samsung again because they make it almost impossible to repair their priducts. Im sitting with 4 broken Samsung phones and a broken TV,all crashed screens. My TV was about R5000 when I bought it almost 4 years ago,it just fell from the TV stand and the screen crashed. I took it to Samsung and was quoted R4800 to fix it. I dont get why fixing your product would be more expensive than buying a new one. Recently my Samsung A7 fell while someone tried to snatch it from me . it ?had a screen guard and pouche but it still got shuttered. I just took it to Samsung in Durban and was quoted R3100 for the repairs. Really? a good Huawei phone is about R4000 but I must fix my almost 2 year old phone for R3100. Your repair prices are ridiculous and make it impossible for one to remain loyal to the brand. You had a guarantee on the screen and I just found out that its only for the S series like other phones screens are not made from a glass that breaks
