Unproffesional

I have called Samsung customer care on the 26 September to report my TV that suddenly cracked the front frame. I was then given a transaction no: ********** 363,I was told that the service provider will come out and assess the TV. Which was fine with me.the following day a guy by the name of Martin from Pretoria Appliance & TV called me and told me to send him the pictures of the TV as he will not come out. I then send the pictures to him. On the 28th I received an whatsapp massage from Pretoria Appliance telling me that the estimate repair amount is R1932 and I must pay that amount because Samsung will not pay that. I then called them and asked for the assessment report and the confirmation that Samsung would not pay, to date I have not receive anything. I called Samsung customer care again to confirm as to why they would not pay for these since the TV its just 5 months old. **** from Samsung customer care told me that they have not received anything from their service provider. No assessment report was send to them. "SO NOW I DO KNOW WHO IS FOOLING WHO" **** then told me that he will come back to me,until today I have not received any feedback from Samsung(****). This morning I received an sms from Samsung telling me that "MY REPAIRS IS STILL IN PROCESS.WE HOPE TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE" I don't know which repairs Samsung is referring too because my TV its still in my house on the wall. Please get your act together and sort my TV. We spend huge amount of money to buy your items but you don't seem to care about your customers.
