Unless Samsung
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G in February and the deal comes with Samsung Tablet free from Samsung. I have completed the claim process and have received the reference number : ***C9946 . But the free Tablet has still not been delivered and there call centre no long answers calls on ***.
This is Terrible service , waiting 2 months now for what they have promised. Can we have delivery of what was promised.

Stop giving us the run around and please tell us when you will be delivering the promised item. Your investigation is not needed - simply your honoring your word. Deliver the Tablets you promised
