Unit booked missing

We booked a TV Unit still in working condition just stripes on side. They called and said it will be R5k to fix but there is no guarantee something else will brake after a few months then the R5k will be wasted so we said not ti fix, Unfortunately I was in hospital for long period and my husband on CPT with strikes. We went to 14th Ave Samsung service center and found center has closed with a number on the door and a service person in a Combi fixing phones. I called and call center gave me a ref ********** 185 and ever since I had to supply them with statement with several other proof. Every time I call it is promises gave me dates that my TV Unit will be delivered . Had to give address for delivery . I ma so disappointed in the Customer service of SAMSUNG SA
