Unfair Business practice at Samsung South Africa

I am a Samsung loyal deeply hurt customer, on the 2nd of September 2018 I received a new replacement contract phone from Telkom Mobile, Samsung S9. The device was delivered via Ram Courier, to my workplace. I signed a one-page receipt for acknowledging receiving of the device and that was all. In the month of June 2019, the device developed charging problems, the charging could stop halfway whilst the phone is still connected to the charger, on the 19th of July 2019 I took the phone to Telkom shop in Bloemfontein. So that it can be sent to the manufacturer since it was still within the warranty period. Telkom service consultant like always inspected the phone for physical damaged and scratches to which she could not find any, thereafter the device condition was noted to be good The phone was then sent to Samsung for warranty. Ever since that day I have not received my phone back. The reason being Samsung South Africa would like me to produce proof of purchase before they can fix the phone I forwarded them the receipt I got from Ram Courier, and the receipt I got from Telkom upon submitting the device in, they said all those papers do not constitute proof of purchase, therefore, Samsung South Africa will never honour the warranty. My frustration is that I never manufactured the device by myself, it is a legit Samsung product, with valid IMEI number, supp**** to me with Reputable service provider Telkom, then delivered to my doorstep via Ram Courier company, Telkom as the service provider did their best in providing Samsung South Africa, what we all believed can stand in as proof of purchase, but Samsung South Africa warranty department is adamant that all the supp**** papers are not proof of purchase, my understanding is that Samsung has enough capability to retrieve all the data on the device as they wish, data such as 1. Country of device origin 2. Batch number, date of manufacture 3. Date and time of when the phone was first switched on 4. Was the phone ever tempered with Having all the above information at their disposal why should Samsung South Africa play ********? They have deprived me of using my phone for the past two months, which I believe is unfair business practice, hence need for innervation. As a customer where would I get the so-called proof of purchase? Other than what I have supp**** already, Quite annoying and frustrating.
