********* Samsung Brand can't live up to their promises
It seems that Samsung can not deliver on what they promise. I have bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 on the 19 September 2020. This purchase came with a Samsung 32" HD TV. To date (14 December 2020) I still await my TV as promised by Samsung. Six phone calls to Samsung dealing with 6 different call center agents, all promising to escalate my claim. I am still without my television as promised by Samsung. The deal is an absolute hoax and I recommend that consumers stay away from the Samsung product and brand as it is a brand with zero ethics and empty promises.
