Unable to make contact for help

I read very negative comments about the contact centre at 14th Ave & Hendrik Potgieter, and have tried to make contact but my calls are not answered. ***).<br> If you have a Smart Call Centre, PLEASE answer the 'phone ! !<br> I'm proud of my new Galaxy Tab E, but my patience is running out.<br> All I want to do is (after I've \installed) MS Word, is to be able to use it.<br> The Word Icon doesn't display among my icons. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but I fail yo make any contact with any Help Centre.<br> Samsung can't care that little about it's users. Surely not !<br> There must be a helpline or something.
