Unable to get support

<p>Need assistance with a Galaxy phone that does not load the "Contacts" to my GPS on Bluetooth connection.</p> <p>One needs to log onto their site. Select Support. Fill in a huge amount of detail. (From at times, inapplicable drop down lists). Then passed to FAQ. After running through 293 options, none relevant.</p> <p>Site just hangs... What happened to REAL support. Where one can submit an email with the product, model number and description of the problem? And hopefully get satifactory RESULTS.</p> <p>I have given up. I just cannot spend 3 hours on a website in an attempt to get assistance. Hugely DISAPPOINTING.</p> <p> </p>
