Unable to claim free flight tickets

I have bought a Samsung washing machine from Game in Newcastle Mall, KZn on 22 December, I paid for it and they informed me that my washing machine can be delivered to my new residence in Johannesburg as I'm relocating there. The machine will be delivered on the 4th of January 2016 as I will only be in JHB then, not anytime for then. Nobody explained the terms and conditions of claiming my flight tickets before I paid for the washing machine. After the purchase I read the brosure and realised that I need to submit a photo of the serial number on the machine before the 31st of December to be able to claim my reward. This will however be impossible, as the machine will only be delivered on the 4th of January. I phoned Samsung customer service and I went back to Game and both companies stated that they are unable to help me!
