Two weeks and WAITING

I booked my cell phone in for repairs on the 26/08/15. Before booking it, I called the call centre to verify the validity of my warranty. I also enquired how long it would take, whereby the consultant responded that they have the ability to fix it in a day. <br> On the day I booked it, I asked again and I was told a maximum of 7 days. (They are open on weekends) <br> I received an email 3 days later with a quotation which I subsequently accepted. I continued to email the person asking for progress, and I continously receive the response that they are still waiting for spares. How does a Samsung Smart Centre take soo long to access spares??
