Twice repaired and still not fixed!!

My samsung s4 mini, has had a distorting speaker for a while now, then I finally got to take it in, I told them about the compalints and three days later after I called them to find out the process of my phone they told me it had been fixed. <br> So on Sat the 14th feb I went in to collect, after i got it, I inserted the battery to check the problem was fixed, but it wasnt it was distorting the same as before as if it was never replaced even tough they stated it was, so I booked it back in to make sure they fix the problem and told them to test it.<br> On the 19 of Feb I went back to collect it, as my battery was dead I wasnt able to check in the store so I check later this afternoon at home, and it is still the same, distortion.<br> <br> I dont see why I am sending my phone in for repairs and nothing gets done to it.<br> <br> Now I have to take it in again, I would really like someone from Samsung to contact me in this regard, if this doesnt get sorted out, I wont be buying a samsung again!!!!
