TV PROMO not received after 4 months

Ok it has been now 4 months (going on 5 months), that I have not yet received my TV (32" smart TV - Vodacom Promo when you upgrade to a Samsung Note20). Firstly the was a issue with the TV Licence , long story, then my order was cancelled, then they activated it again and so it goes on and on.....and every time you speak to a consultant they are so friendly and helpful and you get promises and promises but there are no action. I am a new Samsung user, as I was always an Apple fan, but to my disappointment I will never get any Samsung product, just due to the lack of service. Please don't do promotions if you can't deliver. So sad......
