Turned my frown upside down - thank you Samsung!

My initial review on Hellopeter.com was to complain. However, I am pleased to announce that Samsung has turned my frown upside down. Us consumers are always quick to complain but sadly, we don't always appreciate good service and assistance. I initially complained about the MTN Promo with Samsung rewards. There appears to have been a glitch with the pre-orders and delivery deadlines not met etc. No need to re-hash the whole thing. After my complaint, I was contacted by a very friendly lady, Prudence Mogogane, from Samsung and she assured me that my problem would be resolved and I would get my free Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro fitness band. On Friday, I received my fitness band via Courier. So Samsung - in spite of an initial glitch, you still delivered on your promise and you made an unhappy customer very happy! Thank you for my Gear Fit 2 Pro - I love it! It was absolutely worth the wait!
