Truth or lie- voucher by Samsung

Samsung was running a promo in 2015 whereby you purchase a Samsung product and get a prize. All the necessary slips and photos were emailed within due time. 3 Months later there is still no feedback. I emailed the relevant person trying to get feedback, but it's been 2 weeks since that person got back to me after saying that she has followed up regarding my entry and will get back to me with feedback.
