Treatment is inhumane
Yesterday, they told my daughter she won a Galaxy Z Flip and asked for delivery details. Today, they sent an email saying, "oops, email sent by mistake." I have been with Samsung for over 15 year.. this is unacceptable! I want more than an apology for my daughter.
