Trash products trash service
***** it! 10 days off!? Not notification or anything!? Truly a terrible service, the staff broke the phone more and had zero attempt to both doing anything. Your website is full of lies and useless information and your high end phones have the specs of your older models. Do not get ****med by this company go for any other brand, 2 stars cos the one person who called me was helpful, but when I got to speak to the other member it was trash again from first failing at a stupid conference call to then have **** audio as well. When the s4 was out it came with two free screen repairs and even when the phone was long off contract they fixed it but now samsung has become one of those companies. I am will never buy anything from this compine again and will tell everyone about their ****my ways.
