Trade in ****, *****, intentionally misleading marketing and offwrs
Absolute ****mers. They sell you a device online with the offer to trade in. Then they tell you they don't do the normal trade in anymore and you have to have your device assessed in their stores. Go to the stores, they tell me that no store in South Africa is actually Samsung, it's all outlets of big resellers.
They ****med me out of the R7000 they preaasessed my device for. I've been with Samsung for the last 12 years but this is disgusting. *****ulent intent and marketing just to boost sales
