TM Electronics...what a ******* and totally ***********

Firslty there is no way to raise my concern to Samsung becuase their online email system does not owrk and there are no email addresses anywhere online for Customer Service (really Samsung...do you not believe in Customer Service?)

ANYWAY

I took my samsung to TM Electronics who are the approved samsung samrt care centre in Durban. The fone was booked in on 7Dec16 Job Number TMHQ8557A. When I booked the fone in i stated 2 problems, i.e. 1 the fone restarts on its own and 2 when it restarts it says battery cover open. On 29Dec16 i received an sms saying my fone is repaired, tested and ready for collection. On the same day I collected the fone and paid R285 for a software update. However when i switched the fone on at TM Electronics immediately i got the error battery cover open. I showed the technician and he told me its normal and his fone does the same thing. They even had the wrong battery in my fone as the serial number did noit correspond to the Job card. In any event i took the fone home and when I connected to WiFi to download watsapp. Not even 10 secs whilts downloading watsapp from the Play Store the fone restarted. After restarting it started downloading watsapp and restarted again not even 5 secs later. I switched the fone off and the next day 30Dec16 took the fone back to TM Electronics. They booked it in under a new job number TMHQ9376A. I asked them whethet they really tested the fone and guys was confident that they did but could not explain why i had the same problem as when i initially booked it in. In any event i received an sms quote from TM Electronics on 10Jan17 for hardware repairs of R3037. On 11Jan17 I collected my fone from TM Electronics and gave it to a non-Samsung repairer. My fone was repaired on 12Jan17 and since then it has not restarted and the battery cover error has gone. It cost me R650 to repair and the guy said he did an on line software uodate including the IMEI etc. I'm not an cellphone expert however the fone now works perfectly at a cost of R650 and 2 days downtime and I have 6 months warranty. I then called TM Electronics and asked them for a refund of the so-called software udate they did and explained that the fone was fixed with no hardware changes. The said they cannot refund me. I would like to know what is Samsung going to do to assist me.
