Time to look at another brand

Trying to resolve a promotion issue. Tried calling, writing facebook post, sending facebook message, writing on Hello Peter. Been doing all this for about a month now. Samsung just does not care, no help has assisted at all. I used to be a Samsung fanboy but that is quickly changing.
