Time period for repair on cellphone
Samsung Repairs in Dion Wired Kollonade promised to repair a cracked screen on my Samsung S4 within 10 - 14 days. When I called them after the 14 days they did not even start repairing the cellphone as they allegedly is still waiting for parts. That is not good customer service.
