I had to get a quote done for a company cell phone. I went to the Samsung store in East Gate mall. The rule is that you have to pay R200.00 upfront for a repair quote to be done. I explained that it’s a company phone and all payments get done from our Durban office. I needed the quote to be emailed to me as well. When the manager on duty the 23rd August at 14h00. Said its ok they will email me the quote and just include the R200.00 on the quote.
