This is about Samsung Manufacturer warrannty. SS does not want to help.Fault was reported on 21/1/25. It is a water seepage problem, which caused rust on the front panel. Repairer said warranty does not cover rust - " cosmetic damage".Quote R2340 given to repair.I rep**** it is washing machine malfunction which CAUSED the water seepage which caused the rust.At 1st home inspection it was said the w.m. is near the sea coast.Then it was wet laundry we put on top of w.m. we are seniors. We know how to use a w.m. We were asked to video how washing is done. We did so 2x, to no avail.WM. taken in for observation. Told " no evidence found of unit leaking." "Fault caused by detergent being spilled and coming in contact with water" No fault proof given. Purchase price R7000. Serial number OLX259AW700258R
