Think twice before you buy a Samsung dishwasher

I bought my dishwasher in 2013,and it was working fine.Just before the warrantee expired,my machine stopped using the soap.It will either not open the dispenser, or it will open it and the soap will be un-used in the machine after the cycle.I complained with Dions Lifestyle centre,who took AGES to action my complaint.a Technician from Samsung was sent in 2014,who also damaged my machine by trying to fix the door which was also jamming.The problem was not solved,and I kept on complaining,and Samsung keeps on sending the same technician who gives the most pathetic excuses for a problem which they cannot fix.They say I'm using the wrong cycle?Cycles which used the soap before,and what is the use of having cycles if it doesn't work?They are now saying I'm packing my dishwasher incorrectly - EXCUSE ME,I've been packing dishwashers for YEARS,this was never a problem.I sent a photo with 1 serial bowl packed infront,and they recon that's why my machine is broken?Please,this is pathetic,can someone with authority please contact me,I'm sitting with a machine which I can't use.Nkuleluleko said he will escalate the matter,lets see if they send a technician for a 4th time...
