Think twice before buying Samsung
Since December I have waited for a response from Samsung's technical division in respect of a fridge I bought , I now and again get a call from customer "don't care" department promising me resolution yet nothing happens . This company is one in which everyone sits in an ivory tower and they believe they are invincible , yet I for one will vote with my wallet and will never buy a Samsung appliance again and suggest to the public to be very careful when considering Samsung as the is NO aftersales service provided. The give a 10 year warrantee this does not even cover you for 1 day so beware when considering Samsung
